I use Squarespace because is intuitive and user-friendly, and I want my clients to feel empowered to manage their websites independently without being locked into ongoing maintenance costs like other companies might do.

When I hand over your website, you’ll have full ownership, and with my training session, you’ll be equipped to manage everything yourself. If you have other questions around website design, check out this FAQ section.

It’s recommended to start looking into marketing for your new business at least 6 months before your launch/opening. This allows time for planning, building your brand identity, creating content, and setting up the right platforms. The more time you have, the better in order to build awareness, engage your target audience, and generate interest ahead of time.

No worries! I can move forward with the strategy and actions outlined in the plan I created for you. Since you’ve already purchased this service, you automatically qualify for a special discounted rate on any additional services.

Four weeks before our contract ends, I’ll follow up to ensure you’re satisfied with my services and support. If you’d like to continue working together, that’s the perfect time to let me know so I can prioritise you in my schedule and accommodate your needs as an active client.

If another designer has created your branding and logo, that’s totally fine! You can still take advantage of my marketing plans. Simply fill out the form and wait for a response, or schedule a discovery call to discuss your needs so I can craft a tailored proposal just for you.

When I hand over your website, you’ll have full ownership, and with my training session, you’ll be equipped to manage everything yourself. However, if you ever feel overwhelmed and prefer support with updates or changes, I’m happy to assist on a project basis or with a small monthly retainer.

Potentially YES.

Depending on where you are in your business journey you might need to register your website domain, hosting platform and pay a monthly or yearly fee to Squarespace (the platform I use to create websites) however, those fee are generally free the first year.

That fee is not covered in my package and you will be responsible for maintaining it in order to keep your website live. To see what Squarespace currently charges, you can take a look here. I don’t charge any ongoing fees once our 3-months agreement comes to an end unless you want to keep going with the collaboration and I will send you a new quote.

There may be additional costs and ongoing fees for certain platforms that aren’t currently in place, which I might recommend during our Discovery Call (like a CRM, such as Mailchimp). Please note that these fees would be your responsibility and I can charge an extra fee for setting them up.
